Weather

The weather changes from bad to good very quickly in Florida. Captain Dan watches the local weather radar closely. If inclement weather threatens the area during the time that your charter is scheduled, your party will be offered an alternate charter time. If this is not an option, you will be granted a refund.

Damages

Any damages to the boat or it’s upholstery by a charter guest will be the sole responsibility of the person paying for the charter. Some preventative measures would include nothing sharp in your pockets, nothing sharp placed on the seats, no one standing on the seats, no red wine, no red punch. Captain Dan will be taking a photo of the responsible party’s driver’s license prior to leaving the dock.

Life Jackets

the law requires that children are secured in life jackets while the boat is underway. Captain Dan has life jackets for everyone on board, in all sizes.
